Your existing contacts list (recipients)
Your contact list is the basis for your whole marketing activity, and inwise has the tools that will enable you to create and enlarge your lists.
You can easily synchronize your existing contacts base to inwise, whether they are saved in an Excel file, CRM systems or data bases.
First of all, it is recommended that you will read a fundamental and important guide about how to manage your lists and contacts on inwise.
You may configure your contacts’ data fields, in order to enable a private address and group segmentation based on various properties.

Popup – a sign up form that will help your contact list grow
Whether you have a contact list or not – Popup forms are the most efficient and simple way to make visitors in your site to sign in to your contact list.
It is very simple – all you need to do is to create a Popup form on inwise and embed our pixel on your site.

How can marketing automation work for you?
inwise’s automation system will allow you to build marketing and operations processes that will occur automatically. From the moment the customer receives your Welcome email and to the entirety of the customer journey that includes actions and responses depending on your contact profile.
SMS
Sending SMS messages is possible as a single message or as a campaign sent to a contact group. You can combine personal contact messages and links to mobile websites and landing pages.
The sender’s name can be in English or a phone number. In order not to misuse inwise system – the addition of a name or sender phone number is performed via the support center.
You can include an unsubscribe link or purchase a virtual telephone line to allow the recipient to remove himself/herself from the contact list by sending an SMS message. We recommend that you seek legal counsel before making a decision.
Landing pages
A landing page is where your potential customers first land and usually contains a sign up form.
inwise contain a variety of stunning templates for landing pages and through our Drag & Drop editor you can customize them to your business.

Email Marketing
An email marketing campaign will allow you to send marketing email to your contact list with one click.
Set the sender address – the default option is to send from inwise’s sender address. If you want to send from your domain – use the following guide.
Email design
In order to design emails that will look good on both your desktop and your mobile, we have built a variety of templates that you can customize and edit with a simple drag & drop editor.
It is recommended before you send the email to your contacts, to send a test message to yourself and make sure that everything is in order.
You may customize the content of the email personalized for each contact using personal fields and dynamic content.
How do we maintain clean servers for you?
At inwise we believe in authorized marketing based on mutuality between the reseller and the customer and allow you to make use of the system on this basis only. Our common goal is for your contacts to receive the mailings in their inbox.
In order to protect our servers’ “cleanliness”, and thus ensure that you and the rest of our clients enjoy high deliverability rates (the rate of emails entering the mailboxes and not the spam box), we need to make sure that you transfer appropriate content to legitimate distribution lists and that your contacts see you as an authorized reporter.
How do we keep our servers clean for you?
- We regularly monitor our new clients’ mailings to prevent abuse of the system (this means that your first few emails may be delayed before they are sent)
- We monitor complaints you may receive from your recipients through various means such as Gmail, Outlook, etc.
How do we help you increase your deliverability rates? (at least what we can tell you…)
- We use advanced detection mechanisms such as SPF or DKIM
- The system does not send emails to incorrect email addresses or those that have been bounced too many times
- Mailings are not sent to contacts who have removed themselves from the contact list
How can you increase your deliverability rates?
- Mail to authorized lists and encourage your contacts to act (you can direct your customers to a guide)
- If you are already mailing them through other companies, you must upload the unsubscribed list to the inwise system
