Addressing your customers’ personal needs, issues, or lifestyle is one of the smartest things you can do. It will make your customers feel you know them so well, they’ll want more.
This is achieved by our segmentation feature called Field Setting. In the Field Setting, you can add as many attributes as you wish, from gender to birthday to a favorite color.
Assigning these attributes to your customers allows you to send messages that are both segmented (sent to customers whose favorite color is blue, for example) and personalized (including the customer’s name, birthday etc.).
